Aileron Ribs

The main aileron ribs actually went together very quickly. I probably spent about 5 minutes each gluing the pieces together. The rest of the time was spent gang-sanding them, and applying the gussets. As you might be able to see, I forgot that the two end ribs get completely covered with 1/16 inch plywood instead of a small gusset, so I had to sand it off.

I also made the 9 aileron nose ribs from 1/4 inch plywood.

Total Time: 6.0 hrs.
