Cap Strip Bending Jig

I kept cracking cap strips when I bent them around the jig. I had been steaming
them for about 30 minutes first, so I thought I'd try boiling them next. Still no luck.
Finally, I decided that the curve around the jig was too sharp, so I re-made the jig.

Now, my process is to soak the cap strips in hot water for about two hours.

Then, bend them around the jig (carefully) while heating them with a heat gun,
and clamping them in place for 24 hours.

While the heat gun (and the hot water, for that matter) might not be important, it seems to work for me, so that's how I'll keep doing it.

Total Time: 1.0 hrs.
