I might as well start this section out with the wheels! These are the External Caliper MH series from Matco. The MH series are lightweight, and (if you order the correct ones) will fit standard 6.00-6 (or 5.00-5) tires and tubes. My main wheels are model MHMHE6B1.25, and the nosewheel is model MHMH51N.75-S. I've also decided to go tubeless! With tubes costing as much as the tires ($50-$60 each), the inexpensive ($1.25 each) tubeless kit seems like a real bargain! Of course, if it doesn't work, I can always buy and install the tubes. I made sure these rims would accept standard tubes, in case it becomes necessary.

Interestingly, the nosewheel is meant for the long, 90-degree "TR-67" valve stem that comes with a standard 5.00-5 tube. (That's what the "51" signifies in the part number.) As a result, the short, straight stem that comes with the tubeless kit doesn't fit very well. (Actually it fits, but it is hard to get air into it.) So after talking with the factory, they suggested going to a motorcycle shop to find a 90-degree valve stem. This one is for a Honda Goldwing.
