Windshield Frame

Here is the entire frame, tack welded in place. As you can see, the middle of the "X"
is pretty much right where I want it. (It's actually about 1/8 inch too high, but I decided I'm
just going to live with it. It's certainly not worth making this piece for a third time!)

By the way, that upper cross bar ended up taking two attempts, as well. At each end are
two tubes that hold the wing attach bolts. Obviously, they need to be as close to parallel as possible. Well, after the first attempt, they were about 1.5 degrees apart. We had to drill out one of the tubes and try again. I had lots of help from our Chapter president on this one.
